Alcohol Use - No alcohol intake

Illicit Drugs - Prior IVDA, quit 8 years ago. Denies needle sharing.

Marital Status - Married

Physical Exam:

General: Patient comfortable.

HEENT: WNL.

Chest: Mild end-expiratory wheezes.

Abdomen: LLQ point tenderness, diminished bowel sounds.

Extremities: Mild distal phalangeal clubbing, good capillary refell.
